The ability to customize our own modules is one thing I like most with this software. It allows us flexibility if needed within certain limits.It has also helped me streamline processes and save money as well. There are few minor issues but nothing major at least so far. Easy installation process by highly trained professional technical support team who have been helping us throughout each step of implementation. Overall good product which needs some customization depending upon your requirement but still very useful tool overall. Flexibility to customize the way you want without having any limitation or complex structure. Benefits include easy accessability. Timely updating features helps reduce cost when compared to other products out there.
