Review on ๐Ÿ• Auburn Leathercraft Aussie-Style Dog Boots made of Genuine Leather by Renee Cook

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good leather product - slight modification needed for skinny legged dogs

I had to tie an extra leather cord under the bottom lace holes and just above my dog's pad. Now he's holding up really well - running through fields and forests, bathing in the river, on gravel and pavement. My dog has flat feet and the balls of her toes get infected without any protection. So she only wears one of these boots on this foot and every day on every walk. It's a bit of work to put on and I don't want to wear all four boots on every outing. However, there are some major advantages over the synthetic closed-toe shoes I've tried. This one is leather so wear and tear on her pad is natural wear and tear, while the synthetic boot made her foot feel less rough and therefore more delicate. Two different synthetic boots I tried had stains around their "ankle", particularly their dewdrop, but this one has none. This is also open on the sides so she can breathe and if she goes in the water her foot can dry out afterwards. She's been wearing it for about a month and it's starting to stretch at one of the toenail holes, but it's still holding up pretty well. I recommend them to everyone who appreciates genuine leather products that are comfortable for your dog.
