Photos are inaccurate - flat and not stuffed

I am very disappointed that this pillow stays so flat after 3 days of sitting. The filling doesn't fill the box well enough, it's very flat and lumpy. Doesn't look like the product photo! I turned grey. I threw away the packaging so unfortunately I can't return it or I would.
