I like this massager a lot more than I thought. I've used TENS systems before, so I knew a bit what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the performance of this machine. I found myself really uncomfortable going even beyond the third level of massage strength. it gets too strong. Always start at 1 and work your way up. When massaging with this device, make sure your skin is moist at the contact points. If you're feeling an "electricity-style" tingle, you need to moisturize your skin a little more. You should feel the pulse. The app is better than expected. Pairing the device was pretty easy, and it's really nice to be able to see each function and select another on the fly without having to toggle between the buttons on the device. You can also set the timer and massage strength. The app really makes it my favorite device. I still like my Shiatsu massager better for many situations, but it's really nice to have to sit at the computer or in front of the TV for a quick little break without having to pull it out. much larger pressure massager.
