They are definitely changing the look (that was my goal), take your time with this installation. If you are making rear doors on an X3 max you will need to drill out the rivets on the rear latch assemblies to insert the 3rd screw for the lower door. I also had to bend the door a bit to make it fit better. You can also unscrew the emblem and paint it like I did to match your color scheme a little better, definitely looks better than how they come. I also went to a home store and got some black screws to replace the chrome screws who he goes through. Comes with a lot of stripping, don't worry.
