I heard about these shoes in Arthritis Today magazine and bought them for my husband. He has arthritis in his foot and has had surgery to fix his foot. He also had flat feet and wore orthotics. He only wore them a couple of times because he didn't want to wear them in the snow. He said they are comfortable and fit well. I never expected Sketcher to make such a serious shoe and was pleasantly surprised. It's an attractive shoe, which was important because other "orthopedic" shoes are so ugly. I had to return a few pairs because he refused to wear them. He also likes the comfort and ease of wearing shoes like moccasins. Even if you're not sure, give them a try.
