The product is usable, I expected a bit more.
Of course, they did their best, but these are far from my first headphones; some, still wired, are still laying around in the closet - all whole. I think this is a "masterpiece" of planned obsolescence. I generally don't take Beats anymore.
- Excellent, detailed sound. The noise cancellation is mediocre; I personally detect a hiss when there is no music, although I don't detect it with other noise-cancelling headphones, but it is not distracting and is not audible when there is music. There are spare components available on Alik. Call quality is good, and microphones are functional.
- Not consistently, but nearly every working day, five days a week. The ear pads peeled off and the plastic started to disintegrate after 1.5 years. When I initially noticed a crack, I thought perhaps something had fallen or been crushed in a bag. To my astonishment, I discovered all the extra parts, including new ear pads, on Alik. For four months, this repair was sufficient. After that, they simply fell to the ground before our very eyes in three different locations. disposed of.
