Have worked flawlessly, so far

I use these whenever I bake cookies (usually once or twice a week -- the grandkids make me do it!) and these mats have been fantastic! I have two mats to bake six batches, so I do a bit of dry wiping in-between and wash them in the dishwasher (top rack) between uses.So far, they have held up marvelously!

Pros

The mats come in a beautiful set of different colors

Cons

The mats may absorb odors from other foods stored in the same drawer
