Good details first. Overall it's amazing. Installation is easy, my iPhone XS fits perfectly in the otterBox case and automatically adjusts to fit the phone. fees by my case. Has an on/off switch and indicator light to let you know it's on. You can use the USB port. The only downside for me so far is the plastic base. I don't think it will break, but the vibration makes calling a little difficult. Google Maps keeps asking if I want to report an issue due to phone shaking. The phone holder is on a ball joint, so I mounted it straight up on the grip and then tilted the ball holder to reduce vibration. I used to have a metal mount with no charger and had no issues with vibration. It is desirable that the base is metal.
