In general, the product is of quite good quality. Actually I was very impressed. It comes with a lot of accessories that fit many cameras and it gets the job done, but it does have some downsides that are worth writing about! CONS: 1. The remote and app are useless. Application in Chinese or Asian language. Doesn't have mirroring and you can't import or embed a transcript. You have to hand type, which sucks if you ask me. You can go to iTunes and search for the "besview" app to see bad reviews that say the same thing as me. And since the application is useless, so is the management since it was created for that.2. I read that it is suitable for Apple tablets, my Apple tablet is not suitable for it. Read carefully, up to 8 inches. My tablet is too small in width and does not fit in. So it's not true. It is only suitable for mini tablets. It would be nice if the description indicated which tablets it is compatible with. Now I have to use my iPhone, which works great anyway, but I was really hoping I could use my tablet. more on this. Nothing bad, just upside down!
