I'm about 5ft 6 inches tall and was able to fit in this suit very comfortably. I've tried some other brands with their small adults but I've always had the problem of legs or arms being too long on me. It fits my arms and legs perfectly and also gives me room to move comfortably as I will be using it for snowboarding in winter. It is very well insulated, I got sweaty trying it on so a base layer might be all you need for this suit. The pockets were bigger than I expected from a baby suit but very comfortable. Light and good materials. If you're the type who struggles with men's pants that are too big like me, I'd recommend trying it out!
