Review on Cuisinart CPS 050 Alfrescamore Quick Cutter by Devin Bro

I bought this particular knife because it's Cuisinart and almost everything in my kitchen is Cuisinart. This is a brand I trust and love so I was hoping for it. To my dismay, despite other warnings in previous reviews, the cutter really is NOT sharp. Which I assumed wouldn't be a problem as I've worked with these cutters at a pizzeria and figured experience would take the edge off. Unfortunately, since it is NOT sharp, you have to use extra force to cut the pizza. It's not ideal for people with weak hands. If you can push yourself and others can't, then I recommend it. That's why; he's very strong. There is a hole in the blade that you can use to hang your phone (like I did with mine). It cleans easily. And I think it's beautiful. I'm on my way to find sharp now!
