A total scam in my review
I really wanted to like this product, but after almost 4 weeks, it stopped working. It was never wet, dropped, banged up, or anything since I hung on my mini backpack like a keychain (not even touching the ground). There was no email, phone number, or any customer support to contact. A replacement takes a MONTH to arrive, and I couldn’t change it to a refund either.It worked amazing, don’t get me wrong, but I don’t want to spend $95 a month just to replace a faulty device to play Pokémon GO. This sucks
