This product didn't really help my 4a/3c hair. I actually bought Mielle Pomegranate & Honey Curl Smoothie and Mielle Pomegranate & Honey Coil Sculpting Custard. so I can make a direct comparison. Lately I've been wondering if I could do with a lighter hold and creamier product. nope! As you can see from the attached image, this product had almost no hold or definition. Smoothie results on the left and pudding on the right. My hair was soft after spraying with both products, but the smoothie side looked very frizzy and undefined. Worse, it shrank a lot more than pudding! The pudding required a lot less slicking or twisting with my fingers, and I was impressed that my tresses looked deeply elongated. It was just a small sample; The two sections may be an inch wide, but you can see that the curl on the right side is about two inches longer than the curl on the right side. Best of all, the pudding didn't leave my hair crusty or dry. Skin feels and looks hydrated, clear and healthy, not damaged or dull. I am so disappointed with how UNHEALTHY Smoothie has done my hair! I Custard is the clear winner. The smoothie will no longer appear. Not on my head
