Anytime wear for my opinion
This dress is not really what I’d call a Christmas dress. The fabric is not what I thought it would be and the plaid design has yellow, orange and blue in it as well. My granddaughter will wear this to church, preschool and birthday parties.I’ll have to find a different one for Christmas.
