The sender does not know anything, the product failed during the flight
Wear these, they're a little quieter than stock. After only a few flights, two had their end caps come loose mid-flight. Then about 5-6 flights I lost ground at 350 feet. The copter fell hard and smashed the phantom4. I wouldn't put them on anything else.
