This two bottle holder offers good thermal insulation. It holds different sizes of wine bottles. It might not be big enough for some odd extra tall narrow bottles, but it fits in every one of the bottles we've had. First I'm going to talk about some of the things that got me interested - 1) The divider is removable - it's just a piece of thick cardboard covered with a plastic material. It doesn't fit in a slot or have anything to hold it in place. This simply (but importantly) prevents the two bottles from colliding with each other. (In the first photo I have shown the removed insert.) 2) Seams are sewn (not glued). I didn't test how waterproof the interior is as I didn't expect it to be waterproof for its purpose (carrying two bottles). Pros: The outer material is a nice color (dark red), a twill weave that was sturdy and could take a beating. It wasn't "plastic", but it probably wasn't cotton either. after sending it flat. I sort of flattened it, pulled it, filled it with some paper so it got a square shape. It took a day or two for the transformation to complete. This may or may not bother you. Once it's open everything is fine. The handle length is shorter than I expected. The second photo shows the upper part of the case with a handle. I think it's probably a good length, it just surprised me. The handle does not leave a large gap between the body and the handle. I think it might be awkward to carry long distances (it doesn't have a shoulder strap either). Overall this is an attractive insulated bag for carrying two bottles of wine.
