I have had serious skin cancer all my life. I always have worn long sleeve t shirts, come to find out they only block 8% of it rays. I ride my bike almost everyday. In the summer it gets very hot here in so cal. I wear one of these everyday, their light, they wash up nicely. I highly recommend these. I think I have 4 of them, the blue is really be great color. Thanks for a great product and watching out for my health.
