Review on Goodwin by Sean Flint

I like that they have been very responsive when it comes time for billing issues or questions about our case load - which is not always as straightforward! Also there's nothing really wrong so far- but then again we're still early into this relationship (we've only worked together since February).

They seem pretty thorough at what their role entails during discovery/discovery management phases; however i haven't seen them actively manage any depositions yet? But maybe thats just because its summertime ;) Good luck if you decide t use these guys!! The biggest benefit here has definitely come from having someone who can take care off all aspects related tot he litigation process including managing my team members' workloads while also ensuring timely payment after each phase ends :).
