I have tested the card provided using a program called H2testw to ensure it is a genuine 64GB SD card to ensure that their capacity is not small. The microSD card and installation looks like a high capacity card. What I ended up with was an 8GB card tampered with to look like a 64GB card. The card worked until it reached its actual physical size of 8GB. After that, all files appeared on the card; However, they were all damaged. This memory card was illegal and also counterfeit, meaning it was not a genuine SanDisk branded retail product. This was confirmed by SanDisk when I contacted support online prior to running the H2testw program and after being unable to resolve my issue, they requested a picture of the front and back of the card I provided. The response was: I'm sorry to report, but the photos you sent in do not look like an actual SanDisk branded retail product. Please contact the point of sale to replace this card. In addition, if you can send a copy of your original sales receipt along with a link to an online store promoting the product, we will pass that information on to our Trademark Protection Department to take appropriate action against the seller. return for this item.
