Setting up a triple external monitor with a 2017 MacBook Air!

This unit has performed flawlessly and exceeded my expectations. You won't be disappointed, just INSTALL THE DRIVERS for the device or you won't achieve anything; If you got it working without a driver, your overall experience is probably less than ideal. I have a 2017 MacBook Air and Apple itself said that this MacBook will NOT support more than two external displays. You were wrong. What I did to achieve this triple monitor setup (quad display if you count the MacBook monitor, I'm not counting) I used this USB(2) Displayport splitter and a Mini Displayport to Displayport cable. DO NOT use an adapter, instead use a straight cable. The adapter causes serious problems and I strongly discourage anyone from using it. Hope that helps! PS If you've been trying to find any answers or guides on how to use triple external monitors with a MacBook Air or a MacBook, you won't. Well I haven't found anything useful at all. This is because the Thunderbolt 3 port only supports (2) external monitors through each TB3 controller. (MacBooks with 4 ports have 2 separate controllers, so up to 4 displays) By the way, this information ONLY applies to non-Thunderbolt monitors. These monitors can be daisy-chained.
