As other reviewers have noted, the pine scent is VERY strong for the first 24 hours. I actually hid it in the closet under the duvet after opening it to keep the intense smell from spreading all over the top. But when the intensity dropped a bit I moved it to the main room I was hoping to heal and it made a huge difference! The pine scent is now very subtle and pleasant; It has an almost minty taste, coolness in the nose. Overall I'd definitely recommend it - just make sure you keep it away when you first open it as it's pretty powerful to begin with.
