I think I should write a review because there aren't many. I bought this one because the shape is different from most fake septum piercings. when I opened it I lost two spiky things (don't know what purpose they served, I hope I didn't need them because I lost them on the outside) but the purple is pretty decent and I think some reviews are saying about how it hurts? it doesn't hurt at all unless you stick it all the way to the nose where it just sticks out a little. Losing weight doesn't hurt either. looks realistic. I just have no idea how similar it is to a real septum piercing because I've never had one lol but yeah it's worth the money if you want to see what you look like before you get a real piercing to let.
