Review on Cable Matters Oxygen Free Bi Wire Speaker by Andrew Lyons
Too thick for most wall applications
The quality of the cable is good but the jacket was a lot thicker than me expected based on similar products I've purchased in the past. It was just inconvenient to connect to connect the wall to my multi-zone amp. Luckily I had enough wire from another manufacturer (same size but with a much smaller jacket) to complete my project. This cable sits on a shelf and is used to run across the floor to connect the speakers in the room, but it's useless as a wall cable because it's too thick to be practical for this purpose.
- The two conductors of the speaker cable are encased in color coded PVC jackets for easy polarity identification and two wire projects
