I wasn't sure when I bought it but when it came in the mail I was really impressed with the quality. It came packaged in a nice box and for such a good price it was surprisingly durable. Doesn't wobble or squeak. The cool quartz feels great against the skin and the double-ended roller is a bonus. I'm not sure I'll see spectacular results, but this is a nice little facial massage to pamper yourself with. For the price I would say why not?!
