I wasn't sure when I bought it but when it came in the mail I was really impressed with the quality. It came packaged in a nice box and for such a good price it was surprisingly durable. Doesn't wobble or squeak. The cool quartz feels great against the skin and the double-ended roller is a bonus. I'm not sure I'll see spectacular results, but this is a nice little facial massage to pamper yourself with. For the price I would say why not?!

I was very happy to open this box, especially given the price. The box is pink and pretty and even has a magnetic flap that keeps the box closed! I love it! I feel quirky and girly. It feels cool and clean against my skin and my sinuses seem to be moving. It is very easy to understand/use. What I didn't expect was how GOOD it was to use on some parts/muscles of my face. You know that lump of muscle that appears on your jaw when you clench your teeth? The small end of this tool massages very well. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I really like it. Leaving it in the fridge overnight also relieves my morning puffiness on my face.

Roller gently cleaned before use. Halfway through, I was rolling the serum gently over my face when the large roller snapped off the handle. Strongly disappointed. I think you get what you pay for. Cheaply made and cheap quality. Not impressed. I will send it back for a refund.
