At this price point I wouldn't be surprised if the product looked flimsy or cheap. Surprise, surprise - it looks like a high-end roller! The box is strong and beautiful, with a magnetic flap. When you open it, there is a cute little heart made of smooth foam around the roller that prevents it from breaking. Foam instead of a crumpled plastic holder is very cute, and a heart is a sweet touch. Includes instructions for beginners. roll though! It runs smooth, feels RELIABLE and there are no flimsy/flexible cables. I washed and dried it, put it in a ziplock bag and put it in the freezer overnight. Be careful, set it up so that no one accidentally drops it and get ready for a refreshing morning sandwich or warm it up in a cup of warm water for a relaxing nighttime massage. I will honestly be buying a few of these for people who are interested in skincare and will definitely buy them again if I ever have a need. That's cool. Don't waste your money on another roller that might be more expensive for the same or worse quality, this is what you need.
