I was really dissatisfied with PhysioNatural's customer service when I recently made an online purchase of some health and housekeeping items from their store. First of all, I had to wait a whole week to receive my things, which was quite inconvenient because I was counting on them. After waiting on hold for nearly twenty minutes, I was switched to a representative who was clearly not interested in helping me with my issue. Even though I tried to initiate a return because one of the products I received was broken and useless, the procedure was lengthy and difficult. The fact that I had to cover the cost of return postage made a bad situation even worse in my opinion. In sum, I was underwhelmed by my time spent buying at PhysioNatural's website and will not be returning. If you place a premium on helpful staff and speedy shipping, I wouldn't suggest shopping here.
