I like that you can see what all your suppliers have done, which in turn helps me make decisions about pricing and sourcing products for my clients! The only thing it doesn't do very well with supplier audits seems really odd considering how large they are. However we've found other software providers don't offer this as much or at least not easily accessable when we need them most! They could add more fields to their reports so there's no missing information but then again maybe i'm just being picky :P As long as its enough info for us to help our customers get value from their purchasing system - thats great! The ability for users/customers to see their own inventory levels, as well as those of other customers in real time via an app or website dashboard has been invaluable. There are some features that could be improved such as being able to view historical data (which would help with planning) but it's still very powerful software overall. It allows our team at work to keep each others' inventory levels in check, which makes us all safer when we're working together around the clock.
