We are very happy with this dehumidifier. We have a large basement with multiple rooms and it works great to keep them all clean and dry due to the central location. We have a handy floor drain so we can continuously drain the collected water with the hose provided, but there is also an easily accessible large tank for draining the water manually. The fan is a bit noisy, but that's to be expected as this is a large device designed for large rooms.
