I am currently in Asia going to Phil province where drinking water is concerned, last time I came here and drank their water I was sick for 3 weeks. And that's why I bought this product. But today, on the day that I'm leaving on a trip that I'm only using for one day, since I've just arrived here, this happened, the filter broke and the end part got stuck in the bottle, what's the point i do now this is really funny, this product is unreliable and so expensive i trusted the quality. Call me tomorrow on my trip. It's really frustrating! If there is no star, I will not put a star!
