Don't waste your money on this junk

I purchased this trimmer in May 2020. I liked the fact that it was advertised with a lifetime warranty. I used it no more than 8 times to trim my Shi Tzu's paws, which I consider light duty for a trimmer. The trimmer's performance was mediocre and required a lot of cleaning when hair got stuck between the fixed and the moving part of the blade. While cleaning the trimmer head I noticed that the blade was not as firmly attached to the housing as it used to be.I contacted the seller and described the issue. The seller responded quickly and asked if I had removed the blade from the housing. The e-mail contained some Chinese letters, so this company probably resides in China. The seller also asked for pictures. I sent a video (see attached) to explain the issue, and went ahead and checked the manual for guidance for the blade removal. To my surprise, the manual did not show such a procedure, and I had never tried to remove the blade anyway. As requested by the seller, I did provide a video showing that the blade was moving quite a bit and unsafe to use on a pet.I was very surprised when the seller responded and told me that this is entirely normal. A couple of weeks ago I purchased the new trimmer from this company. The blade is solidly attached to the housing, with no movement at all. I just concluded that the customer service of this company is worse than their product. This trimmer will now end up in the garbage can and I will never purchase any product from this company. So much for the "Lifetime Warranty" as advertised. I'll buy a Wahl or Andis next time.Update: I bought a Wahl Mini Arco. What a difference to this piece of junk. Save your money and spend it on a Wahl product.
