I've been using them for at least a month now and I can tell the difference! They give your eyes a good rest from the glare of the electronics and save you from the dull headaches etc that come from staring at the screen for too long. Highly recommended, especially if you're constantly looking at your phone, computer, or even TV. Having two glasses is great because you can leave one at home or work and take the rest with you wherever you go! Very light glasses and not the most durable material but I like that they don't put too much pressure on my face.
