Great device for a laptop on a 10G network

USB NIC is easy to install and works well. During operation, it gets warm, but not hot, which is a plus. Be sure to download the latest drivers from the Realtek website if you are using Windows. If you are connecting to a 10GBaseT sfp+ module and your download speed is slow, you may need to set the baud rate on the switch port. This is usually an issue with the switch and sfp+ adapter as they negotiate different speeds.
