I'm a little disappointed. I installed this evaporative cooler in the farthest room from the central air conditioner. Although this room has air conditioning, it is the farthest from the air conditioning unit and therefore does not receive as much air as the rest of the house. It didn't cool the room as expected (with central air on and ceiling fan on). The ice packs included in the package melt within minutes. Even with a ton of ice in the block, it melted quickly and didn't affect the room much. Fan temperature and evaporating air temperature were the same when switching from one to the other. A few minutes later and ice water in the cool box. In general, buy something else.
