I installed them in a friend's kitchen where her old build quality drawer slides were not round, were difficult to open and only opened about halfway securely before they felt like they would stray and break. Floor. They were a disaster waiting in the wings. The new rails really slide under the same weight as before, and the drawers open fully so she can see and access items at the very back. The installation instructions are rather sparse and there is a lack of troubleshooting information. One of the rails wanted to get out of the way until I realized the cabinet wasn't quite square and needed a washer. Easy to fix but it took time to figure out the problem. It took me a few hours to make two boxes, but I took my time with the measurements and had to squeeze into tight spaces to install the screws, so the process was slow. But after 2 days everything is still working great and I expect the product to last a long time.
