So we have an 18 month old who hates being in a car. We were planning a trip to Boston so it was originally made for the front seat headrest where the bars are spaced apart but our baby is in the rear facing seat so I put it in the back seat and pointed it this way I did just adjusted the velcro. I haven't cut it, just crimped it there and it's holding up amazingly well so far. I can slip our iPad in and watch downloaded videos on Disney Plus and it has withstood the shock and cold (I live in Maine) and I've had no problems with it. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something like this as the pieces holding it are very easy to adjust as they attach with velcro wherever you put them on the main piece of fabric. I'm doing this with a 9.7 inch iPad without a case.
