I was skeptical. but it really looks and writes like a regular pen. Very easy to use, although it took me a long time to download the software so you can transfer your recordings to your computer. Could have had better focus distance and clarity but overall a good product, especially for the price. review update. Software is not possible. There are no directions. Once downloaded, but in reality it is very difficult to use.
