This is a great product! this "saved the day" for me and helped free my house from the grip of winter on ice. We've had a strange winter here in the North East, blizzards mostly ending in freezing snow/slush that soon turned to thick ice. …. Bottom line = BIG problems for everyone! lolAnyway - Powerblanket is very well made and waterproof. However, be careful not to accidentally puncture or cut the blanket as this may result in electric shock. Duvet instructions are attached to the power cord :) What a great idea, don't lose these instructions! I've used this to thaw/melt ice dams and snow around the house. It's really nice to have an efficient and easy way to deal with this ice as it has done damage to the house before and will do so again if left untreated. The blanket is a lot lighter than I expected. so it is very easy to unfold, use, fold and store. I just keep it in the box it came in as it fits perfectly and is folded and easy to store. This blanket has the potential for comfortable use that I can't foresee at the moment. IMO, this is something that could probably do anyone good at some point. You just never know until you hit the jam, ice jam. And it probably dries concrete well too! :) This electric blanket is in my opinion a 5 star product that deserves a product recommendation -*****
