Awesome port replicator that lets you do ANYTHING makes up for poor Macbook Pro design

Apple really messed up the Macbook Pro 13 inch design by only providing two Thunderbolt ports and no other ports at all Has. That's fine if you're using your Macbook as a toy, but if you're using it for work you'll need monitors and peripherals, and while you can plug "anything" into the Thunderbolt ports, it can only be two at a time. If you have two external monitors, you can't even connect a charger! I've done a lot of research on the port replicators for this laptop and there are very, very few of them that work properly had stayed with Dell. But I digress. In the end I decided on this docking station from Caltech and I am very satisfied. I can connect just one Thunderbolt cable to my laptop and have instant access to two external Dell 1900x1600 monitors, one of which is side-flipped (the dock supports up to 4k with two monitors), my wonderful Cherry MX USB keyboard, my conference call -H Adset, the Magic Mouse charging cable and a bunch of other USB bells and whistles. The docking station is self powered and powers the laptop so I can store my own laptop charger elsewhere. The most important thing is 2 monitors + electricity. You can't do this with a 13" Macbook Pro with any of the cheaper docks (unless you have a more expensive Macbook with 4 Thunderbolt ports). the best. With this dock, I was able to reuse most of my existing cables and only had to buy an expensive custom cable. The docking station came with a dock-to-laptop cable. I was able to use my existing DP-to-DP cable for one of the monitors, for the other I had to buy a Thunderbolt-to-DP cable. The docking station has separate microphone and headphone jacks, which happens to be what my headset requires as opposed to a mobile phone 4 - a connector that the Macbook has. The docking station has LOTS of USB ports, which made me very happy. I don't need an external USB hub. This is such a good dock, I would happily buy another one for the other place I use my laptop. But since I only have one monitor there, there are much cheaper alternatives. The only thing I don't like about this dock is the high price. FYI, Apple isn't as good at remembering hardware configurations as Windows. Every time I dock again I have to readjust the monitor layout and reselect the Caltech audio device. It's not Caltech's fault, it just seems like Apple doesn't cater to serious users.
