I recently bought these lights and am very happy with them. 2 light rolls are long enough to be used in different ways. In my case I plan to use them under my kitchen cabinets as well as in false ceilings. Both rolls can be joined together to form a continuous light thread. These lanterns are also very versatile as you can cut them along a specific line into strips that can be laid out for building a project (which can be many different things). This will of course void the warranty but I would like to point out that it is possible if you are smart and know how to use a soldering iron (there are many videos on youtube showing how to do this with these types of LEDs. They also have an adhesive sticky backing to stick them in place without the need for glue.The remote control gives you full control over how the light works.You can switch between different solid colors and functions to change the colors.Please note that a remote control is required is absolutely necessary to turn the lights on and off and to control the functions of those lights. And the last thing I really like about these lights, in addition to being very bright (or dim if you prefer) is that LED technology uses less energy than incandescent or compact fluorescent bulbs I would recommend these bulbs.
