Haven't heard of Tecelks but this ring light looked promising and had good reviews. Tried it on myself, it justified the reviews in terms of functionality and price. With so many built-in RGB modes, as well as multiple light levels for each mode, it's extremely versatile for just about any scenario. One of the best features is the Bluetooth remote control, which works really well and at a pretty decent distance, so you don't have to rely solely on the timer. Overall I would recommend this product to a beginner or even an expert, it's easy to learn and offers lots of room to experiment!
