It's really a great idea to use all those free energy saving eco friendly LED bulbs that will make you stumble in the dim light. And the overall design is good too, BUT the build quality is really bad. Repeating what many other viewers have said and adding a few more. - wires are very thin - don't overload - negative connections - tricky - not soldered. The negative wires are plugged into the plastic screw hole. The connection is made through a thread and then into a gold-colored lamp holder. Many places for high resistance connection and heat dissipation. - The golden color of the lamp holders is not metal but insulating varnish! To make an electrical connection, you rely on the threaded portion of the lamp to scrape away the paint to make a connection to the metal below. - The chrome plating on the screw and tip has flaked off in places and the steel underneath is corroded. - No top cover. Wires in six branches aren't really a problem unless you have a rampant rodent problem, but a coating on top would still be nice. Nice concept, great idea and I will be using the two I bought (I had to fix a non-working center holder on one of them) but be aware of the potential dangers involved and DO NOT overdo it the performance - Only low-power LEDs!
