I have only had mine for a few weeks, but I'm very satisfied. It appears to be well made. The case and the belt clip are metal and feel very sturdy. The cable is coated steel. It has a good stiff spring inside, so its strong enough to hold two badges and a few office keys without sagging.My only complaint (which doesn't really bother me at all) is that the case has a coating on it that gives is a flat finish. After just a few weeks, my keys have scraped that coating off around the bottom. Not at all an issue for me. but if you care more about how this product looks than how it works, that might bother you.
