The straps are extremely short. Im a pretty petite person and they were lengthened to the max on me. Not to mention that the plastic strap adjusters were towards the front and tightened in the opposite direction than I think most of us are used to. Since I had to max out the length, the little plastic adjusters were level with my armpits and that was so uncomfortable. If not for the janky straps I would have exchanged for a larger size, but I just couldn't hang. Such a shame, it really did look cute.
