Review on Heavy-Duty Bicycle Hoist Hanging Bike 🚲 Rack - Lifts up to 50 lbs by Danielle Bates

It works but not well.

This is my second lifting system. I have a kayak with a similar lifting system that works very well. This bike lift product lacks attention to detail compared to my other bike lift. The pulleys are too narrow for their compartment. The rope is narrow and looks rough. The screws seemed small and not enough for all the mounting holes, 16 holes with 12 screws. I decided to buy retarded screws to use for installation. Most problems with a product are not discovered until you actually try to lift the bike. The rope falls off the pulleys when trying to pick it up, it is necessary to hold the rope tightly to avoid this problem. In addition, the bike mounts are flat. The rope is rough and the bike rises unevenly, it seems that it is caught on the pulleys. This gripping of the rope on the pulleys will cause the bike to climb unevenly and then the lift struts will drop.
