Unfortunately, after assembling our rear sofa, we found a knot in the net that looked frayed. My son loved throwing balls at it so it was assembled and running the same day. But after 20 minutes of play, the frayed knot untied and turned into a hole, and that's on a semi-rigid foam baseball that's good for the basement! The next day I called SKLZ support thinking they would just send a new mesh. They were closed due to fires in the area so I left a message explaining what happened. A week later we received a voicemail from SKLZ customer service saying to send it back to Revain. At that time, the packaging had already been redesigned. We've exchanged voice messages since then, but I don't see SKLZ getting down to business with that!
