I like these screens. I have arthritis and find it very difficult to use squeeze type switches. The knob on this switch is large enough to hold and turn very easily. I managed to grind flour into 4 loaves of bread in no time. It's light enough that after filling it with flour, it's still easy enough to handle. It's well made and just what I needed.
