I take a lot of photos and I always have to set the timer and it's not always the best time to take a picture or smile. I just received it and started playing with it straight away and I love it. Synced to my iPhone in seconds, and I was recording pucks and videos with a click of the remote. Works great, comes with a carry case and takes me everywhere. I'm really shocked that it's so cheap for such a wonderful item. I highly recommend this remote tripod! If I could give 10 stars I would. There are no instructions however so I was confused when I saw 2 small components in the bag with it - no idea what they are for but after a bit of research it looks like this for if you plan on using this with a GoPro or a similar camera. I've noticed a lot of bad reviews about it, but I've decided to roll the dice. I was concerned when the company emailed me saying they had problems with the packaging and it might break. They offered a refund. No need, because I'm pleasantly surprised by this. It's quite short, but I've used it a lot, and the legs seem to hold any position very well unless it's TOO crooked. The part that holds the phone has a standard size tripod thread on the end and back, so you can detach it and put it on any tripod. Haven't tried Bluetooth yet.
