Review on SAMSUNG Galaxy Watch (46Mm by Bhavin Kalant ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Impressions from the purchase are good, buy.

I have been using Samsung watches since 2022, I like absolutely everything in the Galaxy Watch model, except for the lack of "omnivorous" payment terminals with bank cards. Perhaps this is what does not allow me to give the clock a five. Otherwise, it's an excellent watch with a decent autonomy and a wide range of features. And one more thing, if you are seriously into sports, I would advise you to look towards specially sharpened sports watches from Garmin, Suunto or Polar.

Pros
  • 1. Appearance - real watch. I like that the watch is very similar to the classic one, you can wear it with a suit. The size of the watch is optimal for large men, to whom I also include myself :). 2. Comfortable soft silicone strap, does not irritate the skin. 3. Standard strap attachment. You can buy any strap/bracelet you like. 4. Decent battery life: Guaranteed 4 days with the screen always on and 7-8 days in the "screen turns on at the touch of a button" mode. 5. Built-in GPS. Useful and convenient for jogging, you can not carry your phone with you to record your workout track. 6. Samsung Pay support. 7. The presence of a speaker. You can use the watch in hands-free mode, for example, while cycling. 8. A lot of different software is available for watches, a huge number of dials are available. 9. All notifications that are displayed on the phone are also displayed on the watch. From the watch you can control music playback (volume, pause, rewind). In short, on the road / public transport, you can not reach the phone at all 10. In the gym, the watch can be used as a player by connecting wireless headphones to it via BT. 11. Very stable watch performance. For all the time of use, I do not remember a single "glitch".
Cons
  • 1. The watch is not suitable for the role of "sport watch": - the pulse sensor normally measures the pulse only in a calm state and with a significant delay, if your hand is wet (and during training it is 100% wet from sweat), then the pulse is either not measured at all or is measured with errors. In general, you need to buy a chest pulse sensor; - during training, there is no always-on screen mode that displays training parameters (pulse, distance, etc.), the screen goes out or the "always on display" with a dial turns on. 2. The watch does not support all payment terminals. There is no big problem, but still, in a year of use, I had 7 cases when I could not pay for purchases with a watch.
